How do I book an appointment?+
Browse our services, add what you need to your bag, tell us which dog each service is for, pick an available time, and confirm. You can book up to 60 days ahead. You can also call us at (415) 388-DOGS.
Do I pay online?+
No. Online prices are starting estimates; the final total depends on your dog's size, coat, and any add-ons, and is settled at the salon after the groom. We accept card, cash, and House of Dog Marin gift certificates.
Do I need an account to book?+
Yes, but there is no password. Enter your email and we send a one-time sign-in code. New customers add their details and their dogs the first time they book.
Where are you located and when are you open?+
128 Redwood Hwy, Mill Valley, CA 94941. Grooming hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday.
Do you offer gift certificates?+
Yes. Buy, check, or redeem one on our gift certificates page.
How do I change or cancel an appointment?+
Call us at (415) 388-DOGS or email [email protected] as early as you can and we will find you another time.
