De-Matting
Quoted at check-in
Careful removal of mats and tangles, quoted at check-in.
Careful, patient removal of mats and tangles. Severity is assessed at check-in and the service is quoted at that time.
Our humane handling policy applies: we will never put your dog through prolonged, painful de-matting. Severe matting may require a shave-down, which we will always discuss with you first.
